Warranty Information
SineWine warrants products against defects in materials and workmanship for specified periods from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined below.
1. Quality Assurance
Every product sold by SineWine undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection before shipment. Our multi-point quality control process includes functionality testing, performance evaluation, physical inspection, component testing, and software verification.
While we maintain rigorous quality standards, defects may occasionally occur. This warranty policy ensures you have recourse and support for covered issues that arise during the warranty period.
2. Warranty Coverage by Product
Warranty terms and duration vary by product category and condition. The table below outlines applicable warranty periods for each product type:
| Product Category | Example Brands | Warranty Period | Coverage Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| New Phones with Brand Warranty | Apple | Up to 1 year from purchase | Manufacturer's warranty applies |
| Refurbished Phones | 6 months from purchase | Manufacturing defects | |
| Imported Phones | Sony, Samsung, LG, Balmuda | 3 months from purchase | Manufacturing defects |
| Used Phones | Apple, Google | 6 months from purchase | Manufacturing defects |
| Digital Products | All | No warranty | Not applicable |
| Accessories | All | No warranty | Not applicable |
Important: Warranty coverage applies only to defects and conditions specifically described in this document. Issues outside the defined coverage scope are not eligible for warranty service.
3. Initial 48-Hour Return Period
In addition to warranty coverage, SineWine offers a 48-hour return and replacement window following delivery. During this initial period, products may be exchanged for issues covered under our Return & Refund Policy.
To initiate a return during this period, use the return function on the "My Orders" page in your account. The product must be in its original condition with all accessories, components, and packaging intact.
Automatic Conversion to Warranty: The return window closes exactly 48 hours from delivery. After this period, if no replacement is made, eligible issues are covered under warranty terms rather than the return policy. Some transit or functional issues eligible for return during the first 48 hours may not be covered under standard warranty.
For complete details on the return process and requirements, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
