1.2 These terms apply in addition to any specific warranty documents, product-level terms, invoices, or other written agreements that may accompany individual devices or services purchased through SineWine. In the event of a conflict, specific product or service terms will prevail to the extent they expressly modify these Terms.

1.3 You must be legally competent under applicable law to enter into binding agreements in order to use the Platform or place orders on SineWine. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3.1 Devices sold through SineWine may include new, imported, or professionally refurbished units. Refurbished devices are tested and reconditioned to meet defined performance criteria, but they may exhibit minor cosmetic variations, minor impressions or marks or surface wear that do not affect functional integrity.

3.2 SineWine aims to ensure that product images, descriptions, technical specifications, and compatibility details are clear and up to date. However, typographical errors, minor differences, or specification updates may occur, and SineWine does not guarantee that all information will be error-free, current, or exhaustive at all times.

3.3 Unless explicitly stated, accessories, chargers, cables, and packaging shown in visuals are illustrative and may vary by shipment, batch, or configuration. Customers are encouraged to review the specification and "What's included" details on the product page before placing an order.

3.4 Product color and finish are subject to live warehouse availability and may appear differently across screens, lighting conditions, and materials. While SineWine makes reasonable efforts to present colors accurately, minor variation between display and physical product is expected and will not be treated as a defect or grounds for a color-only return.

4.1 All prices listed on SineWine are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless indicated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes as required by law. Shipping charges, handling fees, or other surcharges may be displayed separately at checkout.

4.2 SineWine may update prices, promotional offers, and availability at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete payment and receive an order confirmation.

In such cases, any amount received for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to standard processing timelines of banks and payment gateways.

5.3 Customer-initiated cancellations may be available for a limited window before dispatch, as indicated in the order interface or in SineWine's refund and cancellation policy. After dispatch, cancellation requests will be handled in line with the applicable return or exchange rules.

6.1 Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative and may vary based on courier partners, serviceability of your location, and external factors such as weather or regulatory checks. SineWine will make reasonable efforts to hand over products to the carrier within the communicated timeframe.

6.2 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery at the shipping address you provide, as recorded by the carrier's tracking and delivery confirmation. SineWine is not liable for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address details.

6.3 If a shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept, or issues attributable to the address provided, SineWine may treat the order as cancelled and initiate a refund net of any applicable shipping or handling charges, in accordance with its policies.

7.1 Eligibility for returns or replacements is governed by the specific return window, device condition requirements, and exceptions stated on the product page and in SineWine's returns policy. Products that show damage, unauthorized modification, or missing accessories compared to the original shipment may not qualify for return.

7.2 Warranty coverage, tenure, and service channels may vary by product category, manufacturer, and whether the device is new or refurbished. The applicable warranty terms are shared at the time of purchase and may be provided as a separate document, on the invoice, or via a link included in the order communication.

7.3 To raise a warranty claim, you may be required to furnish proof of purchase, uncut unboxing video showing serial or IMEI details, visual documentation, and access to the device for inspection. Warranty service may be provided by SineWine, an authorized service partner, or the original manufacturer, as indicated in the warranty terms.

7.4 Warranty typically does not cover damage caused by accidents, liquid exposure, unauthorized repair, software modifications, or use outside specified guidelines. SineWine or its service partners may deny or limit service if the device has been altered in ways that prevent standard diagnostic or repair procedures.

8.1 The Platform and its content are provided solely for lawful use in connection with browsing, evaluating, and purchasing products or services from SineWine. You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data except as permitted by law and applicable Platform policies.

8.2 SineWine may update, modify, or discontinue features, content, or sections of the Platform at any time, including for security, performance, or design reasons, without obligation to maintain any particular feature for any specific duration.

9.1 All branding, trademarks, logos, design elements, layouts, text, graphics, and other materials displayed on the Platform are owned by SineWine or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws. No license to use these rights is granted except as necessary to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

9.2 You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content, except where such use is expressly permitted by law or authorized in writing by SineWine.

10.1 To the extent permitted by law, the Platform and all products and services made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law or that are expressly stated in product-level documentation.

10.2 SineWine does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete security of the Platform at all times, nor does it guarantee that any files, content, or communications will be free of viruses or harmful components. It is recommended that you use up-to-date security and backup measures on your devices.

10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, SineWine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform or any product purchased through it, even if SineWine has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 Your use of the Platform and any purchases made through SineWine are subject to the laws of India, including applicable consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.

11.2 Subject to any mandatory statutory remedies available under law, you agree that all disputes, claims, or differences arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction with SineWine will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kochi, Kerala, India.

11.3 Users are required to read, understand, and comply with all return, replacement, and warranty policies in order to be eligible for any future claims. Claims based on lack of awareness, failure to read, or forgetting the policies will not be considered valid.
