Return Policy:
Returns are applicable under the following circumstances:
Stock unavailability : In this case, no return is initiated. Refunds will be processed and credited within 4 days. This process is done automatically and customer is not required to contact us, unless refund is not credited within 4 days.
Defective or Non-Working Product: If you receive a defective or non-working product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery for a replacement.
Damaged During Shipping: In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately for a refund or replacement.
At SineWine, we are committed to providing our customers with 100% satisfaction. Users can cancel their order at any time to get a full refund - payment gateway charges if the item is not shipped. Just cancel it from Orders Page. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence. Our return policy allows you to return any product within 2 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and components included. Also the user must take an unboxing video which is clear and uncut showing IMEI number. The video must be well lit, in 1080p resolution or more and must show the start of opening the package. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sinewinestore@outlook.com within 2 days of receiving your product, for returnable products only. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additionally, if the product is returned damaged or missing components, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or deny the return. SineWine management have the right to deny a return for any reason for any order. At SineWine, we take our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Upon approval of a refund request, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds may be subject to deductions for shipping fees or restocking charges, if applicable.
The refund amount will be processed based on the condition of the returned product and adherence to our refund policy.
Read all Terms and Conditions before ordering any product. SineWine is not responsible for silly reasons such as if the customer changed his/her mind or ordered by mistake, didn't like the product etc...
Delivery charges and return pickup charges will be deducted before refund as well as Payment Gateway charges and handling and packing charges if any.
Refusing delivery at location assumes customer don't need the product and refund. In this case, product will be on auction by the shipping company and the amount will go shipping company. SineWine does not accept refusal at delivery orders back and refund won't be initiated. Therefore, return the product by following specific steps instead of refusing delivery at doorstep.
Cancellation Policy :
Products with standard delivery may be cancelled before 24 hours after placing the order. However, if the product is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Products with Express delivery can't be cancelled in any instance as these products are shipped soon and are fast moving to ensure it reaches on time.
